This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, outpatient-focused vascular surgery platform built around Office-Based Labs (OBLs) with hospital-based high-acuity cases available by choice. The organization has established itself as the dominant outpatient vascular provider in its region, driven by exceptional procedural volume, operational efficiency, and strong clinical outcomes.
Demand for vascular services continues to outpace current capacity due to a high regional prevalence of PAD, venous, and arterial disease. Expansion is already underway with a new Ambulatory Surgery Center scheduled to open in late 2026, creating significant upside for surgeons seeking long-term growth, leadership, and value creation.
This role is ideal for an ownership-minded vascular surgeon interested in building and leading outpatient vascular services while maintaining optional hospital-based work in a collaborative, non-employed hospital environment.
