The Opportunity

We're seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join a growing team in Eastern New Mexico. The hospital is an independent, county-owned, non-profit facility that's dedicated to the community.

This role offers the flexibility to practice in a combined outpatient/inpatient model (1:5 rotation) or 100% outpatient primary care. You will join an experienced clinical team, that's supported by a caring, physician-focused leadership team, in a facility recognized by Becker's Hospital Review for quality and organizational improvements.

The primary reason for our recruitment efforts are to address succession planning and prevent provider burnout. The incoming physician will work alongside experienced peers in a supportive, collaborative environment with a modern tech stack including Meditech Expanse and AI Scribe technology.
